BOARDS AND COMMITTEES	BOARD OF APPEALS- 2010
	The Zoning Bylaws regulate lot size, setback, frontage and use. The Zoning Board of Appeals is empowered to hear and vote on requests for variances from the terms of the Zoning Bylaws. Zoning Board of Appeals meetings are scheduled for the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 7:30 pm in Room 302. The schedule is displayed in the City Clerk office as well as our Online Calendar and Bulletin Board Webpage.
